Open your web browser and go to https://www.facebook.com/. It will redirect you to Facebook login page.
At the top right of the page, click Forgot Account. The Switch Find Your Account page will open.
Enter your registered email address or phone number on the text box, then click Search. After this you will see your account.

Facebook sends a 6 digit code to your registered email address.

Facebook sends a 6 digit code to your registered phone number.
Through Google Account
Facebook lets you log in to your Google account to verify your identity. This code bypasses the reset process.
After selecting any one option, click on Continue button. If you chose one of the first two, you will receive a code on your email or phone number. If you selected the latter, a new window will open.

Enter your registered email address and password.

On the next page, Facebook will ask you to enter a new password. Type your new password in the New Password text box. Click Continue to save the changes.
Make sure to check the Log out from other devices box on the next page before clicking the Continue button. This will log you out of your account from all other computers and devices. The hacker will no longer have access to your account.
